Returns and Exchanges
At Float Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we'll do our best to arrange a replacement or provide a credit refund.
Float Apparel offers returns and exchanges via our stores or if it is being couriered, to our Float Studio in The Woodstock Foundry (160 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, 7915).
It is your responsibility to get the item back to the store or Float Studio if you require an exchange or refund.
We are happy for you to exchange your item for a different size, colour or for another item to the same value.
Return & Exchange criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for both in-store and online orders.
- Condition: The product must be unused and undamaged.
All returned items will be checked to ensure they meet these criteria.
Once the returned item has met the above criteria, we will issue you with store credit to the value of purchase of your returned items.
We will only refund with cash if the product has a defect, if the product is faulty, or if there was a stock mistake when the purchase was made.
