Shipping Information

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We deliver worldwide using international express shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days nationally and 10 days internationally. 
The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country or zone.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware of a longer delivery time during holiday periods.
Why am I being charged extra / why is my delivery taking so long?
Delivery outside of the South Africa may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may also delay your delivery time.
